{Something incredible happened… I saw Jupiter}

I made a vow to make the most of every single opportunity that comes my way… So when my flatmate asked me whether I wanted to go on a hunt to search for Jupiter in the cloudy city sky of course I jumped at the opportunity!

It is fairly challenging to go star gazing in a city with a completely cloudy sky but we climbed up several hills (in our pj’s) to see a rather cloudy blue light shining in the sky!

The picture is horrendous but fortunately my darling Mum back home in Guernsey was onto it and managed to capture a few photographs of this incredible moment! I also managed to get Will out of bed to witness the moment in the south of England!

Now I’m not a star gazer but that small little bright dot at the top of the photo is Jupiter! I just think that is incredible and creation is such a beautiful and wonderful thing isn’t it?

Will sent me this snap! I genuinely think opportunities like this come once or twice in a lifetime and the fact I got to see this incredible sight has greatly pleased me and made me fall more in love with this dreamy life!

Did you go out and spy Jupiter?

    I saw Jupiter too. I woke in the middle of the night, and the bedroom was bathed in light from the moon. I looked out of the window, and there was a very bright point of light alongside the moon. I will admit at the time I just thought “I wonder which planet that is?” πŸ™‚
