Saint-Antonin-Noble-Val was the most beautiful and quaint place! I had such a lovely week exploring the nearby towns and St Antonin itself. I’m missing the 30 degree heat and most definitely mourning the loss of the beautiful sunshine. We stayed in a gorgeous house which was well off the beaten track and to the unseen eye the road that lead to it merely looked like it was a track! The gardens were beautiful and the pool was definitely an added bonus and I took many a dip. The local market in Saint-Antonin-Noble-Val is most definitely worth a visit what with the array of local made foods and handcrafted items such as baskets. The architecture was once again incredible and I spent most of the time squealing about the beautiful pastel painted shutters… I just absolutely love their relaxed way of life and it almost seems that there are no cares in the world! The house itself was full of nature we had a woodmouse (a cute mouse with a large fluffy tail that lived in the pool house, ferrets that seemed to live in the roof, bats on the balcony and many exotic looking creatures! I rescued one lizard in the pool! It was honestly so relaxing. I would highly recommend visiting this beautiful little place if you are in search of R&R. It was pure bliss sitting by the pool with a cheeky G&T!
I hope you are all having a good day and looking forward to the weekend!
